5-ingredient tomato sauce
This pasta is so easy. Just as easy as sitting on the couch and snapping your fingers. Okay well, maybe a bit harder, but not that much harder.
Ingredients
1 can whole tomatoes in juice
2 Tablespoons garlic chopped
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup green olives, pitted
5-6 small preserved peppers + juice, the more, the hotter your sauce will be.
salt and pepper to taste
In a small-medium saucepan, heat olive oil. Fry garlic until fragrant and then add tomatoes, olives, peppers, and water in which the peppers have been jarred, 1/3 cup of it. Bring to a simmer.
Turn off the heat and pour the sauce into a blender. Blend for a couple of seconds or until lightened in color. Spoon over cooked pasta.
